TIPS AND TRICKS
The slow juicer squeezes fruit and vegetables with a low temperature, which helps preserving the natural taste and
nutrition. It is suitable for all fruit and vegetables containing juice (such as celery, carrot and apple), but not for ingredi-
ents containing starch (such as potatoes, banana and corn).
Always use fresh and ripe fruit and vegetables when making juice, since it contains a higher amount of flavour and
vitamins.
When juicing leafy vegetables, like spinach and kale, it is recommended to juice together with fruit or vegetables
containing a high amount of water or fibres. That will improve the juice flow and make the best result.
A small amount of lemon can be added to apple juice to prevent the juice from browning.
When juicing fruit and vegetables with different texture; start with soft ingredients (such as oranges), then continue
using firm ingredients (such as apple). This will help to achieve maximum juice extraction.

PROBLEM
The appliance does not start.
The appliance have stopped during
operation.
The appliance produces abnormal
noice, smell, smoke and increased
temperature.
If the appliance is still not working, contact the customer service.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Components are not fixed properly.
The plug is not properly connected to
the power outlet.
The ingredients are jammed due to
large pieces or too fast feeding into the
feed tube.
Functional problem.
SOLUTION
Check if all components are
properly locked into position.
Check the connection of
the plug to the outlet or try
another outlet.
Use reverse function. If
ingredients are still jammed;
disassemble and clean the
appliance. We recommend
to always feed slowly and
cut into a size that will fit the
feed tube.
Stop using the appliance,
disconnect the power supply,
and contact authorized
service.
