• Follow installation instructions
The refractor is held to the mounting plate by two
screws, and should be removed during installation and
wiring.
Customer wiring enters through the '' conduit knock-out
in the rear or through the '' conduit knockout located on
the bottom. An easy access wiring compartment behind the
reflector is provided for electrical connection.
These instructions do not purport to cover all details or variations in equipment nor to provide for every possible contingency to be met in connection with installation, operation or

Knock-out holes are provided to permit mounting on
vertical surfaces with two '' diameter bolts (not provided)
through the rear of the fixture. You can also attach the
luminaire to a flush mounted outlet box (4'' octagon or 4''
x 4'' square) marked for use in wet locations. The unit may
be attached to the outlet box (not provided) with two 10-24
screws approximately '' long (not provided). An alternate
method of mounting the unit over the flush mounted outlet
box is to position the unit over the box and mount on the
vertical surface as above with two '' diameter bolts (not
provided) through the knockouts in the rear of the fixture.
A gasket is provided on the back of the housing to seal
between the luminaire and the mounting surface. If addi-
tional sealing is desired, caulk the back of the housing with
generic non-hardening sealer (not provided) across the top
and down both sides.
For access to the mounting knock-outs and internal
wiring compartment, remove the reflector by loosening the
two screws and passing the heads of the screws through the
keyway slots in the reflector.
After installation and wiring is complete, replace the
reflector by passing the keyway slots over the heads of the
screws. Slide the reflector into position and tighten the
screws.
WIRING
Make all electrical connections in accordance with
the National Electrical Code and any applicable local
code requirements.
Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it
to nameplate.
Ballast assemblies are completely wired so that the user
must connect only the supply conductors to the primary
leads and ground screw in the fixture.
