General Information before Use

• Samovar is a practical appliance
designed for brewing tea in
the conventional sense. It boils
water in a short time when it
is operated and then it returns
to keeping the water in boiling
position automatically saving the
energy consumption about 90%.
• This position boils the water
at minimum level and both
prevents unnecessary boiling
and keeps the tea in the teapot
hot continuously and saves
energy.
• When more water is added to
the kettle, the boiling switch is
turned on again to boil the water
in a short time.
• When the water is boiled, heating
is brought to the minimum level
again and water is kept at boiling.
• Briefly, boiling switch is turned
on with the main filter when
water is added to the kettle and
main switch is turned off when
you are done with serving tea.
• In the meantime, minimum
energy consumption setting for
keeping the boiling teapot hot is
performed automatically by the
appliance.

main switch without
water in the kettle or

vel. Main switch shall
be turned off when
there is no water left
inside.
• Appliance is protected with
two thermostats against these
conditions for safety purposes;
these thermostats open the
circuit when no more water is
left and it starts to operate when
water is added.
• Samovar may also be used as a
kettle in the kitchen. Kettle lid
or teapot, even if it is empty,
shall be placed over the kettle
compartment in this case.
• Keeping the water continuously
boiling in the energy saving
position, the appliance provides
boiling water ready while you are
doing your work in the kitchen.
