tube and install it on top of the lower handle
using 2 slotted-head bolts and 2 locknuts

Procedure
1. Remove the plastic cap from the negative
battery terminal.
2. Connect the negative battery cable to the
negative (-) battery post using the bolt and nut
attached to the cable
