NOTICE
Damage to the line filter through overheating when operated on the system without active
operation of the converter
Connection of the line filter to the supply system with no active converter operation can lead
to overload and damage to the line filter through overheating.
• Only connect the line filter to the supply system if the converter is active.
• Ensure that there is adequate cooling for the line filter.
Note
Disconnect the line filter for a high-voltage test
If a high-voltage test is conducted with alternating voltage in the system, the existing line
filters must be disconnected in order to obtain accurate measurements.
The connection clip to the interference suppression capacitor in the Power Module must also
be removed for a high-voltage test with direct voltage.
