Chest light
The chest light indicates AIBO's states of activity.
It also indicates AIBO's internal trouble together with the sound and eye
lights.

The access light indicates that AIBO is loading/saving the data of its
activities on the "Memory Stick."

To wake AIBO up, gently shake it. (page 41)
AIBO may be saving its activities on the "Memory
Stick." Do not replace the battery pack until the
light goes out. (page 76).
When the pause button is pressed down, you can
replace the battery pack (see page 76). If the light is
off even when the pause button is released, place
AIBO on the station or replace the battery.

Notes
Do not remove the "Memory Stick" or the battery
pack until the chest light and access light go out.
