4.4.14 Door Lock Inspection
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, M3
Scratch/Work Disk
Exerciser (AVA 409 or equivalent)
1. Set Drive Select to DSO, refer to Figure 4-1, Table 4-5.
2. Refer to Figure 4-21. Select the disk drive, with the front level released, to
activate the door lock solenoid and lock the door.

3. Refer to Figure 4-22. Deselect the disk drive. Ensure that the door lock
solenoid is deactivated and the the door is released.

4. Select and deselect the drive several times to ensure that the door lock
solenoid and stopper pin operate correctly.
