4-1 COVER ASS'Y RE PLACEMENT

a. Insert your finger into the rear right side
portion of
the
Coyer As.'y
u
shown in
Fig.
4-1,
and dislocate the Coyer Ass'y from
the hook while applying some force to the
direction marked with arrow.
The whole
Coyer Ass'y can be taken out •

a. Match the projection located' in the hont
side of the Cover Ass'y with square hole of
the front panel ass'y and then put the rear
of the Coyer Ass'y into the proper position.

a. Remove the coyer ass'y. (Refer to ....

b. Push s1ighdy the plastic hinges located on
each of right and left sides with (-) shaped
screw driYer
through
the square hole
ol
upper cover, and pull it slowly toward you.
(Refer to Fig. 4-2)
c. Dislocate the Bject Button from the hook of
the slide plate.

a. Hang the Eject Button to the hook of slide
plate as shown Fig. 4-2.
b. Install the Front Panel Ass')' into the metal
frame by sliding in the hook located on e.ch
side of the Front Panel Ass')'.
c. Make sure that protuberances of LSD and
the Bject Button are properly located in the
recess and square hole of the Front Pand
All')'.
d. Install the coyer us'y.

stepping motor, CN 104 for 00 sensor, eN 105
and CN 106 for head carriage as.'y)
c. De.older the jumper cable (CN1) on MT-Z
mounted board with soldering iron.
