    Inserting the mobile phone to the product Unfold the product as seen in the figure below. Make the screen of the mobile phone face outwards and insert part 1 of the phone into the product as shown in the figure. At this time, check the alignment of the phone, power, volume and Google assistant key should match the cut-outs and button locations on the product.

    Turning on/off the Screen Turning on the screen To operate the product, first mount the V50 ThinQ in the product. See Inserting the mobile phone to the product for details. • When you mount the V50 ThinQ on the product, Dual Screen Tool appears on the V50 ThinQ screen and you can turn on the dual screen.
  • Page 20 - Or you can pull down the status bar of V50 ThinQ and tap Dual Screen to turn on the product screen. • If the Dual Screen Tool does not appear or the Dual Screen option does not appear on the status bar, take out the V50 ThinQ from the product check the connectors are clean and clear of debris then re-insert it.

    Dual Screen Tool When you mount V50 ThinQ on the product and turn on the dual screen, the Dual Screen Tool appears on the V50 ThinQ screen. Tap lightly to turn on the dual screen. When you turn on the dual screen, you can see the Dual Screen Tool as shown below.

    More information Precautions on product handling • You can connect the LG dual screen (LM-V505N, hereinafter “product”) to LG V50 ThinQ (LM-V500EM, hereinafter “mobile phone”), a dedicated mobile device, to use the product. • Depending on the performance of the V50 ThinQ, some features of Dual Screen may be limited. Also, the product may not support other mobile devices. • This product cannot be used alone. • Please note that, if you attach a protective film or protective glass on the product or the screen of the mobile phone, the product may not fold completely. • If you attached a protective film or thick sticker on the surface of the product or the back of the mobile phone, the product may not function properly due to the contact failure of the communication/power terminal. • If you use the product connected to your mobile phone, the wireless charging function or the NFC function may not work properly. • Do not use or charge the product when there is moisture in the communication and power terminal of the product. - This may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or device malfunction. - If there is moisture, stop using the device immediately and remove the moisture completely. • The liquid in your wet device, changes the colour of the product label inside your device. Damage to your device as a result of exposure to liquid is not covered under your warranty.
