If you want to write your workout suach as swimming or golf, use [Writing manually]. Using LG fitness
app, you can manage the workout not to be measured. If you enter the workout, corresponding
consumed calories are reflected.

The total consumed calories or goal achievement rate in LG Lifeband Touch may be differ
from those of the app because the figures you entered on the app is not reflected in LG Heart
Rate Earphones.
