2. Using the Cordless Phone
Selecting the Line
Line A1 is for calls over
the analog line, and line
D2 is for calls over the
digital line.
The current line
selection appears in
the standby display.
Note: If line D2 cannot be selected, check your gateway to make sure it is
connected properly and the power is turned on. In addition, make sure your
gateway settings are configured as explained in the gateway instruction sheet
that accompanied the cordless phone.
Making a Phone Call

To change the line selection,
press
A1
D2
When making a phone call, you
dial the regular phone number
(including the area code, if
needed) no matter whether the
phone call is a digital call or an
analog call.

before dialing.
