Each press of the [Confirm] button moves the cursor to the next digit
place down.
If you press the [Confirm] button after the cursor has been moved to the
ones place, the numerical value is confirmed and the previous screen
reappears.
Adjust the target power as necessary.
Note
! A numerical value that is approximately 2% higher than the MMP value
displayed in the [Current Record] field becomes the target power.

Use the [←]/[→] buttons to select [Set] and then press the
[Confirm] button.
The value selected in step 6 is displayed for the [Training Menu] item.
