Firewall configuration
Select Security > Firewall from the top-level menu in the GPON Home Gateway window, as
shown in Figure 47.
Firewall window
Firewall security applies only to services provided by the ONT. Internet access from the LAN
side is not affected by this firewall.
Four security options are available: High, Low, Off, and Advanced.
High—Traffic denied inbound and minimally permit common services outbound
Low—All outbound traffic and pinhole-defined inbound traffic is allowed
Off—All inbound and outbound traffic is allowed
Advanced—Advanced firewall configuration applies as specified
Table 38 describes the fields in the firewall window.
