Update the iOS Regularly
Apple continually provides support and updates for the iOS. We highly
recommend that the iPhone is kept up to date in a Personal Tracker
deployment. Make sure the iOS update is from trusted source before you
upgrade.
Before installing any critical updates or making any system changes,
ALWAYS back up the system. This will provide a safe and efficient
recovery path if the update fails.
Solution
Close the application and restart it. If that does
not help, restart the iPhone.
