LEDs and other status indicators

This section instructs how to interpret the status indications of the ACS880-207 IGBT
supply unit.
Warnings and faults reported by the control program are displayed on the control panel on
the cabinet door. For further information, see the firmware manual delivered with the IGBT
supply unit.
The ACS-AP-W control panel has a status LED. The control panel mounting platform has
two LEDs - a red and a green one. The IGBT supply module has three LEDs. For their
indications, see the following table.

Continuous green
The IGBT supply unit is functioning normally.
Flickering green
Data is transferred between the PC tool and IGBT
supply unit through the USB connection of the control
panel.
Blinking green
There is an active warning in the IGBT supply unit.
Continuous red
There is an active fault in the IGBT supply unit.
Blinking red
There is a fault that requires stopping and restarting
of the IGBT supply unit.
Red
There is an active fault in the IGBT supply unit.
Green
Power supply for the control board of the IGBT
supply unit is ok.
FAULT
There is an active fault in the IGBT supply module.

ENABLE / STO
The IGBT supply module is ready for use.
(continuous green)
ENABLE / STO
STO connectors are de-energized.

yellow)
POWER OK
Supply voltage on the board is OK (> 21 V).
