SELECTION OF CROSSOVER FREQUENCIES
BETWEEN LOW MID-RANGE AND HIGH MID
RANGE FREQUENCIES (320Hz-3.2kHz) AND
BETWEEN HIGH MID-RANGE AND HIGH FRE
QUENCIES (1.6kHz-16kHz)
(Connections to MID-LOW, MID-HIGH, and HIGH
Output Terminals)
Connect stereo power amplifiers to the MID-LOW,
MID-HIGH, and HIGH output terminals, as shown
in Fig. 22, and then connect appropriate speakers
to each of the amplifiers. After considering the
characteristics of each speaker combination, select
suitable crossover frequencies and slopes by means
of
the
frequency
selector
controls
(MID-LOW
LP,
HIGH LP, and HIGH HP).
The MID-LOW HP slope selector control must be
set to the FLAT position in this case.
