Problem
The air ow that
comes out of
the air outlet
is signi cantly
weaker than
before.
The air quality
does not improve,
even though the
appliance has
been operating for
a long time.
The color of the air
quality light always
stays the same.
The dehumidi er
produces a
unpleasant smell.
The dehumidi er
is loud.
The dehumidi er
still indicates that

lter, but I already
did.
Error codes "E1",
"E2", "E3" "E4" or
"E5" displays on
the screen.
Possible solution
The pre- lter is dirty. Clean the pre- lter (see chapter
"Cleaning").
One of the lters has not been placed in the appliance.
Make sure that all lters are properly installed in the
following order, starting with the innermost lter:
1) NanoProtect lter Series 1 (FY1119); 2) pre- lter.
The air quality sensor is wet. Make sure that the air quality
sensor is clean and dry (see chapter "Cleaning").
The air quality sensor is dirty. Clean the air quality sensor
(see chapter "Cleaning").
The rst few times you use the dehumidi er, it may
produce a plastic smell. This is normal. The dehumidi er
may also produce an unpleasant smell when the lter is
dirty. In this case, clean or replace the appropriate lter.
If the dehumidi er produces a burnt odor, switch OFF and
unplug from the electrical outlet. Contact the Consumer
Care Center in your country for assistance.
If the dehumidi er is too loud, change the fan speed to
a lower fan speed level. When using the product in a
bedroom at night, choose a lower fan speed.
Make sure that the dehumidi er is placed on a at and
stable surface.
