4.10 What can I do if my phone can't find any available
Wi-Fi network after I turn on Wi-Fi?
Restart the Wi-Fi hotspot device, such as your wireless router.
Restart Wi-Fi on your phone.
Restart your phone.
If the problem persists, make sure MAC address filtering is not enabled on your wireless
router. For details about configuration on the router, see the router User Guide.
4.11 How do I copy files from my phone to a computer?
Use a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer in Device file manager (MTP)
mode. You can then transmit files between your phone and computer.
Windows Media Player 10 or later is required to use the MTP function.
4.12 What can I do if my phone cannot be detected by
other Bluetooth devices?
Your phone may not be set to visible.
After you enable Bluetooth, touch Bluetooth to display the Bluetooth settings screen.
Touch your phone's Bluetooth name to set it to visible.
The Bluetooth visibility may have timed out.
Re-enable the Bluetooth visibility or change the timeout period. On the Bluetooth
settings screen, touch
visibility.
