The ES400 powers up automatically after inserting the battery, if the battery has been charged previously.

Powering On the ES400

After the ES400 is connected to power, the splash screen displays for about a minute as the ES400 boots then the
calibration window appears.
NOTE The Calibration screen can be accessed by pressing ?? key - ?? key or tapping Start > Settings > System >
Screen > Align Screen button.
Remove the stylus from the back of the ES400.

Carefully press and briefly hold the tip of stylus on the center of each target that appears on the screen.

Repeat as the target moves around the screen, then tap the screen to continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions for configuring various setting.

Setup

The ES400 contains Motorola specific software that must be launched after the ES400 is started for the first time.
This software includes the Motorola Home screen and the Motorola Lock feature.
