Communication Interfaces

The G30 Developer Board includes four serial interfaces
Primary RS232-1

This serial interface is described in the sections that follow.

RS232-1

The 9-pin, D-type RS232-1 serial port (J300) is the primary interface to the G30. The G30 UART
signals are active-low CMOS-level signals (0-2.7 V), which are converted by the Developer
Board to standard RS232 levels for PC communications. The RS232-1 Connector Pinout (J300)
is shown in
Note:

RS232-2

The 9-pin, D-type RS232-2 serial port (J330) is used for data logger when G30 adapter is used.
