    Overview For the purposes of this manual, the handset which must be placed on the main unit to charge it is referred to as the “cordless handset”. The cordless handset is returned to the main unit when it is not in use, and it can be used either as a handset or like a portable handset.

The backlight for the dial buttons on the cordless handset (KX-FKD351) does not light.
