Problem
The flame suddenly

Cause and remedy
The burner parts are not positioned correctly.
Position the burner parts correctly.
The burner head or the holes in the burner cap are
dirty.
Remove any soiling.

There has been a power outage.
Turn the control knob in a clockwise direction to
"". Once power has been restored the hob can be
used again as normal.
