Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule

Maintenance Service
Interval
After first 10 hours
After first 50 hours
Every 50 hours
Every 100 hours
Every 200 hours
Every 400 hours
Every 1000 hours
If you leave the key in the ignition switch, someone could accidently start the engine and
seriously injure you or other bystanders.
Remove the key from the ignition and disconnect the wire from the spark plug before you do any
maintenance. Set the wire aside so that it does not accidentally contact the spark plug.
Maintenance Procedure
Check PTO Belt Tension
Check Fan and Alternator Belt Tension
Change Transmission Filter
Torque Wheel Lug Nuts
Change Engine Oil and Filter
Check Battery Fluid Level
Check Battery Cable Connections
Lubricate All Grease Fittings
Lubricate Brake Cables
nspect Air Filter, Dust Cup, and Baffle
Change Engine Oil and Filter
Check Electric Clutch Gap Adjustment
Check PTO Belt Tension
Check Fan and Alternator Belt Tension
Inspect Cooling System Hoses
Check Rear Wheel Toe–In and Steering Linkage
Change Transmission Filter
Torque Wheel Lug Nuts
Service Air Filter
Drain and Clean Fuel Tank
Change Fuel/Water Separator Filter
Change Rear Axle Lubricant (4 wheel drive only)
Coat Transmission Bypass Pins with Grease
Torque Head, Adjust Valves and Check Engine RPM
Replace Moving Hoses
Replace Safety Switches
Coolant System – Flush/Replace Fluid
Replace Hydraulic Oil
