Safety Notes
General Safety Rules
Read all warnings and instructions enclosed with the
BBQ fan and the power tool. Failure to follow the warn-
ings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.
Save all safety warnings and all instructions for future reference.
Safety Notes for Screwdrivers with BBQ Fan
 Supervise children. This will ensure that children do not play with the
screwdriver and the attached BBQ fan.
 Wear suitable protective equipment before lighting the charcoal
barbecue. It is recommended to wear firm footwear, tops with long
sleeves and trousers, safety goggles and gloves. Danger of burns.
 Do not direct the air jet against other persons or animals.
 Do not use the screwdriver and BBQ fan in conjunction with liquid
fuels (e.g. grill lighter fluids, spirits, etc.). Danger of burns through
uncontrolled inflaming of the fire.
 Use the screwdriver with BBQ fan only for the materials listed un-
der Intended Use. Do not use them for dangerous substances and
dusts. Otherwise there is danger to your own health.
 Please observe any sparking. Danger of burns. Materials in close vi-
cinity can ignite.
 Danger of fire! Do not blow hot ashes or embers out of the barbe-
cue. If required, increase the clearance of the BBQ fan to the barbe-
cue.
 After use, place down the screwdriver with the BBQ fan in a safe
manner and allow it to cool down completely before removing the
BBQ fan. Danger of burns from the hot nozzle. Danger of injury when
falling down.
