1. PL ACEMENT OF AND CONNECTING THE CHARGING STATION

1.  P lacethechargingstationatacentralpositionintheworkingarea,withalotofopenspaceinfrontofthechargingstation
andonarelativelyhorizontalsurface.
2. Connectthepowersupply'slowvoltagecabletothechargingstationandthepowersupply.
3. Connectthepowersupplytoa100-240Vwallsocket.
4.  P lacetheroboticlawnmowerinthechargingstationtochargethebatterywhiletheboundarywireislaid.Setthemain
switchtoposition1.

2. Makeaneyeletatthepointwheretheguidewirewilllaterbeconnected.

angles.
3. CONNECTING THE BOUNDARY WIRE AND THE GUIDE WIRE

1. Narrowpassagesinthegardenmakeitdifficultfortheroboticlawnmowertofindthechargingstation.Therobotic
lawnmowercanbeleadtoremotegardenareasusingtheguidewire.Theguidewirealsohelpstheroboticlawnmowerto
quicklyfindthechargingstation.
2.  L aytheguidewireunderthechargingstationandatleast2metres=meters(US)straightoutfromthefrontedgeofthe
chargingstation.
3. Opentheconnectorsandlaythewireendsintherecessesoneachconnector.
4. Presstheconnectorstogetherusingapairofpliers.
5. Cutoffanysurplusboundarywire.Cut1to2cmabovetheconnectors.
6.  P resstheconnectorsontothecontactpins,markedAL(left)andAR(right),onthechargingstation.Itisimportantthatthe
right-handwireisconnectedtotheright-handcontactpin,andtheleft-handwiretotheleft-handpin.
7. FastentheconnectortothecontactpinmarkedG1onthechargingstation.
4. CONNECTING THE GUIDE WIRE TO THE BOUNDARY WIRE

1. Cuttheboundarywirewithawirecuttersatthecentreoftheeyeletthatwasmadeinstep2.2.
2.  C onnecttheguidewiretotheboundarywireusingtheaccompanyingcouplers.Pressthecouplerscompletelytogether
withapolygrip.

1. OpenthecoverbypressingtheSTOP button.
2.  S etthemainswitchtoposition1.Whenyoudothisforthefirsttime,astartupsequencestartswhereyouselectafour
digitPINcodeamongotherthings.
3. PresstheSTARTbuttonandclosethecover.
STOPPING
PresstheSTOP button.

2.  N everuseahigh-pressurewasherorevenrunningwatertocleantheroboticlawnmower.Neverusesolventsforcleaning.
Replacethebladesregularlyforthebestmowingresult.
3.  A llconnectionstothechargingstation(powersupply,boundaryandguidewire)mustbedisconnectedifthereisariskofa
thunderstorm.
4. Fullychargethebatteryattheendoftheseasonbeforewinterstorage.
