9. Check:
• Variable trolling RPM switch
Checking steps:
• Push the switch:
UP → Trolling speed increases.
DN → Trolling speed decreases.
NOTE:
The engine speed changes 50 r/min each time
the variable trolling RPM switch is pushed.
10. Check: (Except for F30A, F40B, F50A)
• Warning indicators
Checking steps:
• Turn the engine start switch to ON.
• Check that the oil pressure warning indica-
tor 1 comes on.
• Check that the overheat warning indicator
2 comes on.
• Check that all of the warning indicators go
off after a few seconds.
NOTE:
If the engine is operating normally, all of the
warning indicators go off.
