Note: A secure screen lock (Pattern, PIN, Fingerprint, or
Password) is required to use Private Mode.
Set Up Private Mode
1. From a Home screen, tap
Privacy and safety.
2. Tap Private mode.
3. Follow the prompts to learn about and set up
Private mode.

Emergency Mode
Use Emergency mode to conserve battery power
during emergencies. Power-hungry apps and functions
are disable, but you are still able to send messages,
use Contacts, and make emergency calls.

3. Tap ON/OFF to turn the feature on.
