    Blu-ray Disc is a new and evolving format. Accordingly, disc compatibility issues are possible. Not all discs are compatible and not every disc will play back. For additional information, refer to the Compliance and Compatibility Notice section of this Manual.     Once a DVD-R recorded in Video Mode is fi nalized, it becomes DVD-Video. • This unit can play back DVD-R discs recorded and fi nalized with a Samsung DVD video recorder. It may not be able to play some DVD-R discs depending on the disc and the condition of the recording.

    Connections This section involves various methods of connecting the Blu-ray Home Theater to other external components. Before moving or installing the product, be sure to turn off the power and disconnect the power cord. CONNECTING THE SPEAKERS Position of the Blu-ray Home Theater Place it on a stand or cabinet shelf, or under the TV stand.

Insert the black wire into the black terminal (–) and the red wire into the red (+) terminal, and then release the tab.     HDMI output resolution will automatically be set to the highest provided by the TV.  If you connect a Samsung TV to the Blu-ray Home Theater using an HDMI cable, the player can be easily operated using the TV remote control.
