Before using your oven
• Before using the oven for the first time, run Convection at 250 C for 5 minutes. A specific odour of
a "new appliance" will be present. Make sure the room is ventilated.
• After the oven has cooled down, clean the inside and all accessories with warm water and a
conventional detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaning aids.
Important warnings
• Use dark, black silicon coated or enamel coated baking trays, as these transmit the heat well.
• Only preheat the oven if specifically stated in the recipe or in the cooking charts supplied.

• Note: Whilst cooking the oven may have a build up of steam. To cool the oven and remove the
