Check in order: J604, Q901, J600,
on/off contacts, and U900.
See Note 1
Check the following supply lines for any short to ground or
different resistences comparing with a good PCB:
B+ on C915
V_BOOST1 on C913
V_REF on C919
V1 on C906
V2 on C939
V3 on C910
VSIM1 on C905.
If you found differences, check the components which
use that Voltage.
If you don't find any difference, send PCB to HTC
Note 1 : Check components for correct orientation,
cold solder joints, physical damage, and functionality.
