Sostituzione bussola piede di biella

La sostituzione della bussola deve essere effettuata utilizzando un
punzone appropriato ed una pressa.
Prima del montaggio, applicare sulla superficie esterna della
bussola del grasso al bisolfuro di molibdeno.
Inserire la bussola dal lato contraddistinto dal marchio "Husqvarna"
ed assicurarsi che i fori della bussola coincidano con quelli della
biella. L'interferenza di montaggio tra bussola e relativa sede sulla
biella deve essere di 0,035÷0,093 mm per il modello 250cc e di
0,049÷0,095 mm per il 450cc. Alesare quindi la boccola portando il
diametro interno "C" al valore riportato in tabella.

Connecting rod small end bush replacement

The bush should be replaced using a correct size punch and drift.
Before the assembly, smear the bush outside surface with
molybdenum disulfide
grease. Insert the bush from the side marked with the elephant and
check that the bush holes coincide with the ones of the rod. The
clearance between the bush and its seat is 0,00138÷0,00366 in. for
250cc model and 0,00193÷0,00374 for 450cc model. Ream the
bush to an internal diameter "C" as indicated on table.

Biella

Misurare l'interasse "D" tra i due perni. Verificare il parallelismo
seguendo lo schema riportato in fig. 8.
Se i valori riscontrati non rientrano nei limiti specificati sostituire la
biella.

Connecting rod

Measure with a comparator the distance "D" between the two pins.
Verify the parallelism following the scheme in picture 8.
If the measure does not in the limit replace the connecting rod.
