User Management

You can create up to 32 users, excluding the system default account "guest." The
user name is case sensitive and should be 1 to 15 characters (English, Asian, or
other languages), the user description can be any displayable characters and can be
0 to 15 characters; the password is case sensitive and should be 0 to 12 displayable
bytes, including space.

Creating new user

1. Enter the user name, description, and password.
