Problem

Possible Causes
Temperature control
starts and stops motor
to maintain even
temperatures.
Front roller screws or
front leveling legs need
adjusting.
Slight vibration is
normal.
Temperature control
dial not set cold enough.
Warm weather or
frequent door openings.
Door left open.
Package blocking air
duct in freezer
compartment.
Door left open.
Too frequent or too
long door openings.
Frost within package
is normal.
Icemaker feeler arm in
STOP (up) position.
Water supply turned
off or not connected.
Freezer compartment
too warm.

holding door open.

ON (down) position.

• Wait 24 hours for the
refrigerator to completely
cool down.
