Hey guys!
I have 3, of the HE xitters and receivers. I'm having a rough time with one of the xmitters.
It keeps rebooting! It'll work for about 15 minutes, then it just starts rebooting! We tried different
power blocks, different cables...same result. We took power blocks and cables from our other HE's and
tried on the xmitter..same result, it just keeps rebooting.
Soooo...We got ANOTHER HE xmitter...hooked it up...DOES THE SAME THING! After a while it starts rebooting!
Changed the power blocks and cables on the new HE...same thing. Will not stay on.
Now, we can take a DIFFERENT xitter and put it on the camera that we were using the new xmitter on, and it
works fine..so we don't think it's anything to do with the camera.
Any other camera that we put either of these (the new HE or the old HE), will start to reboot after about
15 minutes! After it reboots, it's ok for bout a while, but both will reboot.
We're at a complete loss with this...can you give us a hand with this? Has anyone else had this problem?
We've tested and tested, and always the same result. I can't figure a common denominator, that would make
two HE xmitters...reboot, no matter what cables, power blocks, or cameras that you use with them.
I joined your Facebook group today...hoping to be able to search for some answers, but I figured I'd give
it a shot, emailing you.
LOVE the product, but this particular problem is killin' us lol
I can be reached at 606.438.9542, if someone would like to give me a call.
Thanks so much!!

The Accsoon CineView HE transmitters may be rebooting after 15 minutes of use due to power supply issues. The device supports DC input, NP-F batteries, or USB-C power. If the power source is unstable or insufficient, the transmitter may shut down and restart. Checking the battery level, ensuring a stable power connection, or using a different power source may help resolve the issue.
