Il Morsetto universale Art.249-USA 3346 (e 649) è dotato di un dispositivo che lo
rende unico per la rapidità di lavoro: bloccaggio e smontaggio sono immediati con
spessori di serraggio qualsiasi. Si fissa su spessori da 0 a 80 mm e su tubi da 5 a 75
mm di diametro. E' provvisto di attacco femmina da 17,5 mm (adatto anche per il
5/8") + codolo scorrevole da ø5/8" con vite da 3/8" e attacco filettato femmina da
1/4" (fig.1). Il Morsetto è inoltre corredato di adattatore MANFROTTO Art.015
(attacco filettato femmina da 3/8" e vite da 1/4").

ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO E
Per fissare il morsetto alla struttura, tubo o tavolo.
1. Portare in appoggio la parte superiore "A" (fig. 2) del Morsetto alla struttura.
2. Spingere la manopola "D" (fig. 2) portando in appoggio la rondella "C" al supporto
3. Fissare saldamente il gancio alla struttura ruotando in senso orario la manopola
"D".
4. Supporti per macchine fotografiche con attacchi da 3/8" possono essere fissati
sul filetto maschio disponibile sull'estremità superiore del codolo.
Se si necessita dell'attacco da 1/4" utilizzare l'adattatore Art.015 svitandolo dalla
sua sede e riavvitandolo sul filetto maschio da 3/8".
5. Il codolo da ø 5/8" è regolabile in altezza.
Per bloccarlo in posizione serrare la manopola "E" (fig. 2) in senso orario.
6. Per smontare il morsetto dalla struttura, allentare la manopola "D" (fig. 3) in senso
antiorario.
A questo punto, premendo il pulsante "B", la vite di serraggio si apre
completamente rendendo più agevole l'operazione di smontaggio.

The Quick Release Clamp 249-USA 3346 (and 649) features a unique quick release
mechanism for instantly adjusting the clamping jaw opening for any support
thickness up to 8 cm (3 1/8") or tubular diameters between 5 mm and 7.5 cm (1/4 to
2 7/8") without tedious winding of the clamping spindle. The Clamp also provides a
height adjustable column with 5/8" lighting spigot and 3/8" male camera thread. At
the other end of the column, MANFROTTO adapter screw 015 is stored to supply a
1/4" male camera thread and a 3/8" female camera thread, should this be needed.
With the column retracted the clamp also provides a 17.5 mm lighting socket fitting.

INSTRUCTION &
To fix Clamp to a suitable support (table, shelf, railing, tube etc.):
1. Bring upper part of Clamp jaw "A" (fig. 2) to bear on supporting structure.
2. Push wingnut "D" (fig. 2) so that washer "C" buts up to underside of support.
3. Tighten clamp securely on the support by turning the knob "D" in clockwise
direction.
4. Ball & socket or tilt head may now be attached to 3/8" male screw for subsequent
camera support.
If 1/4" male screw fitting is required, remove adapter screw 015 from base of
column and screw to the top to convert thread.
5. The column may be height adjusted in the clamp casting by loosening and
tightening the knob "E" (fig. 2).
6. To loosen the clamp simply undo (turn anticlockwise) the wingnut "D" (fig. 3) by a
couple of tums when pressure on release button "B" will release the screw
mechanism totally, allowing the screw spindle to be pulled open- greatly aiding
the dismantling operation.
