HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS The SportDOG® Brand SBC-R- E NoBark™ Control Collar has been proven safe, comfortable, and effective for dogs over 3.6 kg. The Bark Control Collar uses patented technology to provide the most reliable bark detection available. Three user-selectable modes allow you to choose how static stimulations are delivered: 1.
OLED Display: Displays the current mode of operation based on the icon indicated (Temperament Learning: Dog, Progressive Stimulation: Ramp, and User-Selected: Person). Displays the current level of static stimulation (1-10). Displays the condition of the battery (Full: 3 bars, Medium: 2 bars, Low: 1 bar, and Empty: zero bars).
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CHARGE THE BATTERY: Align the Charging Cradle with the Charging Contacts as shown in image. Push down on the Charging Cradle until it snaps into place. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. While charging, a battery icon will show on the OLED display.
When the display is active (on) press and release the power button. The mode icon will flash, indicating that you can change modes. Press the +/- buttons until the desired mode is selected After changing modes, pressing and releasing the power button again while the mode is blinking will allow you to change the static stimulation levels if you are in User- Selected or Temperament Learning modes.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING USE OF THE BARK CONTROL COLLAR IMPORTANT: Do not leave your dog alone the first few times he receives a static stimulation. Place the Bark Control Collar properly on your dog and wait nearby until he barks. Most dogs will understand quickly that the Bark Control Collar is disrupting their urge to bark and will relax and stop barking.
No. This can result in pulling the Contact Points too tightly against your dog’s neck. Attach a lead to a separate, non-metallic collar, making sure the extra collar does not put pressure on the Contact Points. Can I leave The Bark Control Collar on my dog all the time? No.
